CAREER AND EDUCATION . ADMISSION IN HIGH EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Applicants must cumulatively fulfill the following conditions in order to participate to contests to be admitted in educational institutions that train personnel for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, gendarme section , day classes:
- they must have Romanian citizenship and permanent residence in
- they must speak and write Romanian
- they must be high school graduates with a school learning examination diploma
- they mustn`t be expelled from an educational institution for disciplinary misbehaviour
- they mustn`t be over 25 the year they participate to the contest
- they must have full exercise capacity
- their conduct mark during highschool years shouldn`t be marked less than 8
- they must be physically, medically and mentally sane ( tests that concern their medical, physical and mental sanity are made by specialized structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)
- they must have an adequate behaviour that matches management requirements either accepted or practised in society
- they mustn`t have criminal records and they mustn`t be sued at law or judged for committing any kind of offences
- they must correspond to height criterion set by the General Inspector`s Order

The recruited applicants from internal sources pass through the following precursory stages that procede the contest:

Applicants (civilian employees) must cumulatively fulfill the following conditions in order to aplly for vacant jobs:
- they must have Romanian citizenship and permanent residence in
- they must be at least 18 years old
- they must be able to carry ou the job requirements
- they mustn`t have criminal records and they mustn`t be sued at law or judged for committing any kind of crimes
- they must have a decent behaviour that matches management requirements which are accepted or practised in society
- they must be physically, medically and mentally sane ( tests that concern their medical, physical and mental sanity are made by specialized structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)
