Extract from Law 544/2001 regarding free acces to information of public interest:
- normative acts that regulate the organization and functioning of authority or public institution
- organizational structure, attributions of departments, running programme, audience programme of authority or public institution
- names and forenames of people who administrate authority or public institutions and the clerk`s name who responsible with the dissemination of public information
- contact coordinates of authority or public institution respectively: name, headquarter phone numbers, fax, email, website address
- financiary sources, budget and balance sheet
- programmes and own strategies
- list containing documents of public interest
- list containing categories of documents which are produced or/and administrated according to the law
- ways of contesting decisions of authority or public institutions in case that the person considers himself/herself prejudiced regarding his/her right to acces the requested informatio of public interest
- report of centralized assessment
